Four years ago the company invested in the cultivation of an organically certified elderberry plantation of 8 hectares, which is the foundation for the production of elderberry syrup as well as its versions with maple syrup and agave.
Pasteurisation is the main method used by the company in the production of our syrups and jams and in this way we make it possible for our clients to enjoy real home-made lemonade made without using any colour additives, flavour enhancers, preservatives and stabilisers.
